I wander without direction
Intention, the falling petals
of delicate blooms
wilting in the summer sun
too soon, too late
I could be discouraged
I could let finer details disrupt
I could deny truth that waits
in the deep in-between
too close, too far
I should shift direction
I should shuffle the cards
I should silently steal inspiration
from this stark situation
so now
I move with purpose
Intention, the fertile soil
of a creative soul
awakened by the summer sun

I love the rhythm of your poem, with the short chorus. And that picture is simply amazing!

I like the change of intention from stolen inspiration.
